Sessions & Classes
Home Classes
- For a maximum group of 6 parents/carers
- Class takes place in a parent’s home
- Course runs over a 5 week period, once a week
- Each class lasts 60 minutes
- £50 each attendee (£10 per class)
- Payment to be made in full at first class (cash or cheque)
One to one
- Take place at parent(s)/carers home
- Course runs over a four week period (4 sessions)
- Each session lasts between 30 – 60 minutes
- £60 (£15 per session)
- Payment to be made in full at first class (cash or cheque)
- Any additional sessions required after this course, a reduced rate of £10 per session is available.

All sessions and classes are for babies between 0 – 5 months old to allow classes of similar age groups to form. It is also much easier to begin massaging at this stage.
Sessions and classes are structured for parents/carers and babies to go at their own pace. There is time for you to relax and care for your babies needs as strokes are reviewed and repeated over the course. The classes and sessions are very much directed by the babies! Demonstration dolls are available to continue practising strokes if your little one has had enough or falls asleep.
Multiple babies are very welcome, though I suggest an extra pair of hands available to help. Classes are a good way of meeting other mums/dads/carers in a relaxed environment.
What to bring to a class:
- Spare nappies
- Baby’s favourite toy
- Small blanket
